About the Opportunity:
Join Snowmate as a Senior Product Manager and be a key driver in shaping our developer platform for R&D organizations. With your deep technical understanding and knowledge of how R&D operates, you will deliver valuable business solutions to VP R&Ds.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to develop and execute product strategies. Identify pain points, translate them into product requirements, and guide the development of features that empower developers and boost productivity.

Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Snowmate's developer platform tailored to R&D organizations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements by understanding the pain points and objectives of R&D teams.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable plans and deliver high-quality features on time.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including defining user stories, wireframes, and prototypes, and overseeing the development, testing, and launch of new features.
- Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success and impact of product initiatives, and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging to effectively promote the developer platform to target customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to developer platforms and R&D processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the technology industry, preferably with a focus on developer platforms and serving R&D organizations.
- Deep understanding of R&D operations, software development lifecycle, and developer workflows.
- Strong technical background, with the ability to engage with engineers and provide guidance on technical aspects.
- Demonstrated success in developing and launching products that deliver significant business value and meet customer needs.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience. Advanced degree is a plus.
